Cancellation and Surcharges
CANCELLATION AND SURCHARGES

We understand that life sometimes throws us a curve ball!  Please read our cancellation policy, however in extenuating circumstances these can be assessed on an individual case by management.

Urgent care services required for example due to a family situation or sudden illness where the owner is required to leave immediately, are not subject to the 10% surcharge and does not require 48 hrs advance notice to book.

Cancellations:
3 or more days - No Charge
1-2 days before date of service - 50% of fees billed
Same day cancellation - No Refund 


RESCHEDULING SURCHARGES:
A 10% surcharge will be applied to:
Any visits scheduled less than 48 hours in advance
Any visits scheduled less than four days before a major holiday


FUEL SURCHARGE:
3% Fuel Surcharge - Charged per visit


HOLIDAY SURCHARGES:
Holiday surcharge $15 for house stay and $10 for daily visits that fall on the following holidays:
Victoria Day
Canada Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving (and the day after Thanksgiving)
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve
New Year's Day




Liability Release Agreement
Clients are required to sign the Horse Care Plus Liability Release Agreement prior to commencement of any visits/services.

Clients can request visits however the requests will not be confirmed or assigned until the Liability Release has been received. Once received any client requests made will be review and then confirmed.
